1.       Membership

Due to high attendance numbers and to comply with Health and Safety requirements, it has become necessary to introduce a Youth Club membership scheme to limit the total attendance at the monthly sessions to 60.  The scheme will be introduced from September 2005.

Please read he attached membership scheme details.  You will be asked to complete a registration form and to sign it as your acceptance to comply with the Youth Club rules at the club session on 9^th September.

2.       July 8^th Youth Club session

A BBQ is planned for Friday 8^th July.  We need to know the number of likely attendees to ensure we have sufficient food for this event.  Therefore, at the next Youth Club session on Friday 10^th June, at registration time, you will be asked to confirm whether you will or will not attending the BBQ.

14^th October 2005

11^th November 2005

9^th December 2005 (Christmas Party)
