RCIA Talks on the Catholic Faith

 

 

YOU ARE WELCOME TO THIS COURSE

 

A series of talks to help you understand the teachings and traditions of the Catholic Church. The sessions will be on Mondays from 8.00 to 9.30pmin Room 2 of the Parish Pastoral Centre, Laindon Road (immediately behind the Church)

JOURNEY IN FAITH & INTRODUCTION TO THE CATHOLIC FAITH

THIS COURSE OF TALKS ON MONDAY EVENINGS FROM 8 – 9.30 PM

IS INTENDED TO HELP PEOPLE WHO:

  • Attend Mass regularly but are not Catholic

  • Wish to understand the Catholic faith

  • Are married to a Catholic

  • Are parents who wish to understand the Catholic faith of their children or partners

  • Are parents of children who are to be baptised.

  • Are parents of children preparing for their first Reconciliation and Holy Communion

  • Have been baptised as a Catholic but would like to be Confirmed

  • Want to rethink or refresh their faith

  • May have lapsed from the faith but now wish to return to the regular practice of their faith

The Course follows the book “Path Through Catholicism” by Mark Link S.J. published by R.C.L. and the relevant chapter numbers are indicated in brackets following the theme.

Attendance does not imply any commitment.

You are welcome to attend any or all of these series of talks.
